We have got you covered, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at dA Great Deal, you can return the product and get a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

CANCELLATION

It’s sad to see you cancel order however you can only cancel your order within 24 hr (1 day) of order placed.

Note-

(1) Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours after purchasing.

(2) Your order could only be partially refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours after purchasing.

RETURN

If any product you purchased from dA Great Deal is received defective, damaged, not as described, you are entitled to return them for a refund.

We can only accept return request up to 5-days from the date of product delivery.

If you wish to avail return for your order, please click photos or shoot videos of the product you received and send to our customer care team in order to be considered for a return.

Before you contact us for returns, please confirm that:

-Products to be returned are unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

-If damage is only limited to the packing outside and the content remains intact, products will not be considered damaged.

Products not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

Please note that we don’t provide replacement of product. Product purchased can only be returned/refunded as per the policy, if required.

REFUND

Once your return is approved by our customer care team and we’ve received & validated the product, we will process your refund. 

It usually takes 5-7 business days to complete refund process, once refund is approved,  refund can only be credited into your bank account or card used while making a purchase with us. There might be delay for your refund request due to unavoidable circumstances if arises, however be assured that we will keep you updated with your refund request.
